Plas-y-Nant is located in the hamlet of Betws Garmon (which dates from 400AD) in the Snowdonia National Park, and is near to the Roman-age village of Waenfawr.  The present house at Plas-y-Nant dates from 1880 and  has a licensed restaurant and accommodation to suit all; from guest house accommodation, luxury self catering cottages or even the stables.... now converted to serve as budget bunk barn accommodation. Whatever you choose Plas y Nant is set in its own 12 acre grounds in the heart of Snowdonia National Park.

What better way of experiencing what the National Park has to offer and seeing the magnificent landscape than being led by two experienced mountain leaders on trails customised to show the best of what North Wales has to offer, while also learning about the local history and legends of the area.

All the walks have been carefully chosen so as to provide the maximum enjoyment of the area, both visually and historically. The walks are suitable for all levels of walking ability and the fact that there will be two guides on every walk will ensure options for the group, should there be a desire to vary the length or route of a walk. This ensures that walks can be tailored to individual needs within the group. We will be using our experience to develop the group to be a social group.

Our aim is to provide the experience to enable you to enjoy a relaxing 5 days with good food and accommadation; a varied selection of walks; history and legends of the area, and companionship.
